Domestic orders weighing under 10oz ship via First Class Mail from the USPS. These packages usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
Domestic orders weighing over 11oz ship via Priority Class Mail from the USPS. These packages usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (and customs):
All international packages ship via First Class International from the USPS. These packages usually arrive within 7-15 business days. If your order has not arrived as expected, it may be held up in customs. You will need to check your local post once it leaves the US. Tracking will not be available once it is out of the country. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED:
Caheez can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you are concerned about your package please contact us BEFORE placing your order so insurance can be added to your invoice. The USPS's quality of service is NOT a reflection on Caheez service.

We are doing the best we can to keep things affordable for everyone, while providing a service to our clients that (to our knowledge) has not been provided elsewhere in the world. Once an order has been processed, it can NOT be cancelled. Behind the scenes, there are tons of things happening to ensure things keep moving smoothly. If you need to change something in your order please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once an order has been processed and materials have been purchased to create your custom order, no changes can be made. In the event that there is a problem with the contents of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. While we promise to do all we can to rectify the situation if a mistake has been made, once an order has been shipped, we consider the matter closed after 7 days. If an item is missing from your order, you MUST contact us within a reasonable time frame (one week after delivery) for an investigation to be opened. Please understand that the volume of items we create and sell makes it impossible to track order specifics beyond one month of orders leaving our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for understanding.

Occasionally Caheez will run sales. Please sign up for the e-letter for the latest sales information and advanced notice on sales events. It is also a good idea to follow Caheez on Instagram and/or like the Caheez Facebook page. Sales events are usually posted on social media too, however, occasionally there are exclusive announcements that only e-letter subscribers will be notified about. Sorry but sales are not retroactive. Please be sure to enter any discount codes PRIOR to checkout. Once your order has been placed, changes to totals can not be made
Discount codes should be entered in the discount box in the cart. Your savings will automatically be added to the total. Your discount should be entered BEFORE completing your purchase. Once the payment has been processed it is too late.
